Time travel through the American musical landscape with three beautifully
orchestrated works that were ‘Made in America’ – Dvorak’s quintessential New
World Symphony
(1893) captures the American spirit like no other, Barber’s
gorgeous Violin Concerto has become a 20th century masterpiece and Ticheli’s
dazzling Shooting Stars (2003) put him on the map as one of the most
interesting American composers of today.
