Payment

All ticket orders must be paid in full before they can be processed.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, VISA, checks and cash as payment.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets.

Voucher/Gift Certificates

To redeem a voucher or gift certificate you must come into the box office in person

prior to the concert you wish to attend. You cannot redeem vouchers at Mann Hall.

Lost Tickets

If you lose your tickets before the concert, you may call the box office at

239.418.1500 to have them reprinted or simply come to the Will Call window

just before the concert and you will be issued a location pass.

Will Call

Any tickets not mailed will be available at the Will Call window one hour
prior to the concert.
